Australian Bishop Celebrates Roman Rite: On 26 July, Bishop Emeritus Geoffrey Jarrett, 88, of Lismore celebrated a Pontifical High Mass in the Roman Rite for the feast of St Anne in Melbourne. The liturgy followed the Confirmations celebrated on the previous day.

Yet History Professors and experts on Russian history all say the same thing. Crimea was always a part of Russia until the 1950's. Including both Russian and Ukrainians. Bishop Hugh Gilbert of Aberdeen, Scotland, declared Fr. Michael Mary Sim, 72, Superior of the Transalpine Redemptorists, excommunicated on July 25. After publicly embracing sedevacantism in May, he was found guilty of schism.
