Vatican Rejected Medjugorje - Francis "Approved" it Anyway

On 6 August, Italian journalist David Murgia published the results of a confidential 2016 consultation within the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith concerning the alleged apparitions at Medjugorje on IlSegnoDiGiona.com.
Two Thirds of the Congregation said Medjugorje was NOT Supernatural
According to Murgia, 33 participants were asked to provide written opinions, or 'vota', on the Medjugorje phenomenon.
Murgia reports the following results (17 September 2016):
21 participants chose 'constat de non supernaturalitate' (not of supernatural origin).
9 participants chose 'constat de supernaturalitate' (supernatural origin).
3 chose 'non constat de supernaturalitate' (the supernatural character has not been established).
This corresponds to approximately 63.6 per cent for 'not supernatural', while only nine voted in favour.

This voting followed the work of the International Commission of Inquiry on Medjugorje, commonly known as the Ruini Commission.

Vatican CDF consultation in 2016 rejected Medjugorje as supernatural — yet Pope Francis later green-lit devotion anyway.

There used to be a rule not to judge any apperition definitively while it still (allegedly) goes on. That's why Vatican did not condemn it 45 years ago.
But nowadays, anything goes.
Medugorie is just distraction from Fatima, Akita etc.
Local bishops condemned all the Medugorie apparition bussiness long ago.

“They Want to Kill Me on Friday?” - Great-Grandmother Euthanized in Canada

Brigitte Stegemann was an 83-year-old great-grandmother and a Christian. On July 10, she died through Canada’s Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) program in Ontario.
Diagnosed with terminal Stage IV stomach cancer, Stegemann had wanted to die naturally. But while her granddaughter and longtime legal representative, Brigitte Kranendonk, was away on vacation, medical personnel discussed MAiD with Stegemann.
She was subsequently deemed capable of choosing MAiD despite allegedly being unable to answer basic questions about her own family. Canadian Catholic News reported that Kranendonk said her grandmother had originally rejected MAiD but was persuaded to request it during her absence.
When Kranendonk returned and asked her grandmother whether she really wanted to die, Stegemann’s reaction was heartbreaking. “I’m supposed to die on Friday? They want to kill me on Friday?”, she reportedly asked through tears.
Her family says she later repeatedly expressed regret, telling them she had made a …Lahi ange

The Redemption of Man and the Rejection of “Holy Sex”
A Patristic and Scholastic Disputation Against the Modern Exaltation of Carnal Pleasure
“The first man Adam was made into a living soul; the last Adam into a quickening spirit.”
—1 Corinthians 15:45
Prologue: The Question Before Us
There is a fundamental question which must be asked before we speak of the holiness of sexual pleasure:
What is man?
And immediately after that:
What became of man through the Fall?
For if we begin with fallen man as though his present condition were the standard of human nature, we shall inevitably mistake the wounds of the Fall for the original design of God.
This is precisely the danger in the modern exaltation of sexuality.
The question is no longer merely:
"Is marital intercourse lawful?"
The Catholic tradition already answers that question.
The more profound question is:
"What ought the Christian to desire within the marital act?"
And here a profound difference appears between the ascetical tradition …Lahi ange

Leo XIV-Appointed Bishop Ends Diocese’s Only Latin Mass After 20 Years

Bishop Mark A. Eckman, 67, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, will bring an end to the traditional Latin Mass at St. Titus Church in Aliquippa after nearly 20-years.
Bishop Eckman was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Pittsburgh in 2021. In June 2025, Leo XIV promoted him to Bishop of Pittsburgh.
In a letter dated 7 August (see below), Monsignor Eckman announced that the final Mass to be held at St. Titus using the 1962 Missal is scheduled for 4 September.
The remaining two traditional Latin Masses in Pittsburgh are offered by the Institute Christ the King in Brighton Heights and by the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X in the West End.
Bishop Eckman said his predecessor, Bishop David A. Zubik, received Vatican permission in 2022 to continue the Mass at St. Titus. The initial two-year authorization was extended in September 2024 for another two years.
The Bishop didn't seek another extension, “The permission to celebrate according to the older ritual in a parish church was only ever meant to be …Lahi ange

Mexican Bishop Hops Left and Right Before the Altar: Bishop José Leopoldo González González, 71, of San Juan de los Lagos, Jalisco, Mexico, hopped and danced in liturgical vestments, including his mitre, during Emaús 2026. The diocesan gathering brought together more than 5,000 young Catholics on 23–24 May in San Miguel el Alto, Jalisco. González explained that a young man had told him the dance was simple—“one step to the right and another to the left” - and joked that he had “fallen into the trap.”

During Emaús 2026 in San Miguel el Alto, Bishop José Leopoldo González González drew attention for his energetic participation with young people during the activities and Mass.

Hiroshima must remain forever in humanity's memory as a warning, not a precedent. Behind that explosion lay lives, families, dreams, and generations scarred by a pain that should never be repeated. No conflict, ideology, or pursuit of power can justify such a tragedy. May the memory of Hiroshima help us understand that, given our capacity for self-destruction, peace, dialogue, and reason are not merely options—they are a responsibility we owe to humanity and to generations yet to come. Never again a nuclear war.

Rome Cardinal Cancels Funeral of Prominent Freemason

Cardinal Baldassarre Reina, Vicar General for the Diocese of Rome, refused permission for the Catholic funeral of Bruno Battisti D’Amario, a guitarist and senior figure in Italian freemasonry.
D’Amario, who died on August 5 aged 88, was known for his collaboration with Ennio Morricone and played guitar on famous soundtracks including A Fistful of Dollars, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, and Once Upon a Time in the West.
His funeral had initially been approved at Santa Maria in Montesanto, Rome’s “Church of the Artists.”
After his death, however, the Grand Orient of Italy revealed that D’Amario had held significant roles within freemasonry. He had founded a Roman lodge, composed the organization’s official anthem, and held several senior positions.
Church officials had allegedly been unaware of his Masonic involvement when approving the funeral.
After the information emerged, the basilica’s rector, Archbishop Antonio Staglianò, referred the matter to Cardinal Reina. Following consultation …Lahi ange

Angola: Catholics Ask Pope for a ‘White Bishop’

An unusual controversy has erupted in the Church in Angola after an anonymous letter sent to the Apostolic Nunciature in Luanda called for the next bishop of Mbanza Kongo to be white, reports the Substack.com-account The Pillar (August 7).
The authors argue that the historic diocese has not developed sufficiently under its three Angolan bishops, while insisting the request is not racially motivated. The Diocese of Mbanza Kongo has rejected the suggestion that the letter represents its faithful.
Angolan Catholic commentator Paulo Viana believes the dispute may actually be about dissatisfaction with Bishop Vicente Carlos Kiaziku, whose health problems have kept him away for extended periods, and the battle over his eventual successor.
Viana suggests the letter could be intended to derail the possible appointment of Bishop António Lungieki Bengui, auxiliary bishop of Luanda.
The controversy is especially striking in Mbanza Kongo, the cradle of Christianity in Angola and home of Henrique of …Lahi ange

Saint Romanus, Martyr - August 9th
SaintoftheDay
He said the same thing before the tribunal that he had said everywhere else since his baptism: I am a Christian. He had been a Christian for perhaps one day. It was enough. One day of truth is sufficient for a martyr's crown. He could not understand how a man of flesh and blood could be tortured without opening his mouth to complain. Then he saw the Angel. That is always the order — first the inexplicable endurance, then the supernatural explanation. Faith works the same way. The faithful sins if his neighbor sins — that was Saint Matthias's saying. Romanus saw a neighbor suffering for Christ and could not remain indifferent. He converted on the spot. He was beheaded the next day. His neighbor's martyrdom was his baptism. Grace is contagious. He saw beside the tortured martyr a young man of incomparable grace and beauty wiping away the blood. No one else seemed to see him. That vision cost Romanus his life. He considered it well spent. So …Lahi ange

Leo XIV' New Consultors for Dicastery for Religious Life Are Liberal, Synodal "Reformers"

On August 6, Pope Leo XIV appointed 15 new consultors to the Dicastery for Religious, headed by Prefect Sr Simona Brambilla. The new consultors comprise two bishops (Alfonso Vincenzo Amarante and Kevin Otieno Mwandha), five priests, including one abbot (Ignasi Fossas, Damián Astigueta, Maurizio Bevilacqua, Benjamin Earl and Flavien Mambueni), two religious brothers (Antoine Kazindu and Emili Turú), and six religious sisters (Chiara Lorenzato, Maria Nirmalini, María Rosaura González Casas, Mary Lembo, Patricia Murray and Maria do Disterro Rocha Santos).
Leo XIV has again appointed liberal, synodal figures, illustrated by these four personnel choices.
Less Uniformity in Liturgy, More Creativity
Indian Sister Maria Nirmalini, A.C. was a member of the Synod on Synodality (2023) and hoped for “liturgical reform, particularly of the Mass with less emphasis on uniformity and more on creativity.”

Sadly, most Catholics are now "Conciliar Catholics." And since Conciliarism is an ever-evolving religion its tenets are constantly being updated.
But make no mistake, Conciliarism is Satanically driven and Satan's ultimate goal is to destroy the Catholic Church. Faithful Catholics know that will never happen, but the authentic Catholic Church will suffer greatly as Rome moves further away from the truth through Synodality.
And while the role of the SSPX is still unclear to many, all should recognize that it is the only priestly organization celebrating the TLM that adheres exclusively to the authentic teachings that pre-dated Vatican II.
The most revealing clue as to its legitimacy, however, is that the SSPX is the only priestly organization that the Conciliarists in Rome regularly attack and work to destroy.
There are relatively few Catholics who assist at the SSPX Masses, but as Jesus told us, when He returns He expects to find very few who have not loss their faith.

The article argues that the Catholic Church’s 2018 declaration that the death penalty is “inadmissible” contradicts centuries of previous Church teaching and cannot simply be called a “development of doctrine.”
Historically, Catholic teaching allowed capital punishment in principle when imposed by legitimate authority. Even the 1997 Catechism permitted it in extremely rare circumstances. Under Pope Francis, however, the Catechism was changed to say that capital punishment violates human dignity and that the Church seeks its worldwide abolition.
The author sees a logical dilemma: if human dignity makes execution inherently unacceptable, then it was always unacceptable and the Church taught error for centuries. If only modern circumstances—such as better prisons—have changed, then capital punishment is merely unnecessary today, not inherently wrong.
The Vatican maintains that the new position is an authentic development rather than a contradiction. The author rejects this, arguing that …Lahi ange

“Rome Has Spoken, Logic Is Finished”

There is a passage from Book Gamma of the Metaphysics that one always rereads with a rather uncharitable smile. Aristotle, weary of those who denied the principle of non-contradiction, decrees that there is no point in arguing with them: whoever claims that something can both be and not be at the same time and in the same respect resembles, he says, a plant. Not a fool, nor even a sophist: a vegetable. One likes to think that twenty centuries of theology took the warning seriously. God does not contradict Himself, truth does not contradict itself, and a Church assisted by the Spirit cannot teach on Monday the opposite of what it solemnly and universally taught until Sunday afternoon. All of this, of course, was before August 2, 2018. That day the Holy See published a rescript, approved in May and signed on August 1, that rewrote number 2267 of the Catechism. The 1997 text, drafted under John Paul II—who was hardly an enthusiast of the scaffold—admitted capital punishment only if it were …

The Prophetic Vision of Pope Pius X.
In this video we share The Prophetic Vision of Pope Pius X.
Saint Pius X can be considered a hero in the fight against modernism.
Thus, his fight is relevant to our days since modernism is a remote version of progressivism.
A complete description of progressivism can be found in the prophetic documents of Saint Pius X against modernism.
Giuseppe Melchiorre Sarto, who became Pope Pius X on August 4, 1903 died on August 20, 1914.
Pius X is known for vigorously opposing modernist interpretations of Catholic doctrine, promoting liturgical reforms and orthodox theology.
He was beatified on February 17, 1952 by Pope Pius XII and canonised on May 29, 1954.
During an audience for the general chapter of the Franciscan order in 1909, the Pontiff appeared to enter a trance.
Those present remained motionless and silent. After a few moments, Pius opened his eyes, rose from his seat, and cried, "What I have seen is terrifying!

Here we go again with another mRNA shot

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved Moderna's mRNA flu vaccine for people aged 50 and older for this coming fall. This is the same institution that said yes to the Covid-19 experimental shot. The FDA had at first refused to assess the shot. Why the change of mind? Can this public health agency be trusted? Or will it be another live experiment on people and someone will be pleading the fifth amendment in a future committee hearing? Who will take responsibility should there be adverse effects to those taking the new approved shot? The company Moderna producing this new flu shot has not produced any other vaccine except for the Covid-19 shot. Each person has to make the decision whether to take shot for themselves. Just keep in mind that the body has a natural way of fighting the flu. It's called the immune system. Moderna shares went up nearly 10% when the announcement of the FDA approval was made public just days ago. The shares have been steadily declining as the "pandemic …

Your Heart Cannot Serve Two Masters
The gospel reading emphasizes the impossibility of serving two masters, highlighting the dangers of prioritizing money, materialism, or self over God. True service to God requires a wholehearted commitment, not just lip service or a desire for personal gain. We must constantly examine our priorities and ask ourselves whom we truly serve, striving to make God the top priority in our lives.
