German Bishop: “We German Bishops Are Accused of No Longer Being Catholic”
"Time and again, I read that myself and other bishops in Germany are no longer Catholic," said Bishop Peter Kohlgraf of Mainz, Germany, in his sermon today on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception in Mainz Cathedral. He insisted that this was nonsense.
However, Bishop Kohlgraf admitted that he wants to reinterpret what it means to be Catholic today. He wants to adopt an open attitude and be ready for dialogue.
Bishop Kohlgraf refuses to define Catholicism as "an unchanging truth that must be proclaimed at all times, regardless of current issues and developments".
Furthermore, he rejected an understanding of Catholic identity that is defined by demarcation. For him, being Catholic is not about "slamming others with doctrines and moral teachings as if throwing a rag at them", but rather striving to understand others and their experiences.
He believes in a proclamation that is dialogical and considers the "real-life situations" people face.
"For me, being Catholic also means reckoning with …More
This reads like satire. Too funny.
Despite your word salad (you must have learned it from Kamala), you are no longer Catholic.
Mark 16:15-16
“He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.’”
Romans 8:9: “Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to Him.”
Talk about suffering from 'both dialogical feet in mouth' disease. Purposefully thick.
The poor, deluded cleric has redefined Catholicism as Protestantism - where each person is his or her own authority - total relativism and rationalism reign in these sects - along with a personal interpretation of the Bible - without any recourse to the Fathers, Doctors, ecumenical councils, etc. This is why there are 40,000+ Protestant denominations and sects - with none of them with any assurance that their individual paths are salvific or true. This sick cleric is a destroyer -- in the line of Bergoglio - and it now appears also of Prevost.
Luther, the Anglicans, and the Eastern schismatics continued to consider themselves true Catholics after their heresies and schisms. In reality, of course, none of them were Catholics.
