I believe it was deliberate. Fauci helped with illegal 'gain of function' to create the Covid bioweapon. They tested it by intentionally releasing Covid. They expected their bioweapon to kill faster than it did. Thus, they released Omicron, a more virulent strain.
I believe it's very possible that it was deliberate. I've heard stories about brilliant and egotistical microbiologists going rogue. For example, I can see how they could be manipulated by dark Machiavellian politicians who needed some way to reduce the elderly population, since they had already used their payroll taxes for other purposes and couldn't fulfill the obligation for old age pensions. It amazes me what some people will do to other people, just for the sake of money.

And because such people infiltrated the Church, that's why it is the way it is. When a person summarizes everything, and looks at what the world looks like today, - it is hell on earth. And it will be even worse.
