When I was a child in the 50's Catholic churches all that little hooks in the pews for the men to hang their hats. Those were the days.

I remember those too. They went the way of ashtrays in cars.

Thank you for this interesting display of hats. Sadly, the only hats men seem to wear today are baseball caps worn backwards.

True. Men's hat styles have sadly DEvolved.

I'm quite fond of the Panama and Fedora hats. My late husband wore them so well.
