Newark Cardinal Joseph Tobin is blessing a so called pilgrimage of homosexualists at his cathedral on May 21. During the event, a homosex Mass will be presided by the Redemptorist Francis Gargani. Cardinal Tobin was among a handful of prelates who have publicly lauded the soon-to-be-released pro-homosex book by the Jesuit James Martin. Tobin is also among the few prelates to publicly criticize the dubia cardinals, calling the critics of Amoris Laetitia "naive at best." Both, Tobin and Gargani are Redemptorists whose founder, Alphonsus of Liguori, a famous moral theologian, said, "Sodomy involves a special deformity."

A Planned Parenthood event will honor Hillary Clinton and TV producer Shonda Rhimes on May 2 in New York City. Catholic League's Bill Donohue comments: "They chose the right people to honor: neither woman has ever found an abortion she couldn’t justify, and both have taken aim at people of faith who believe in the sanctity of innocent human life." He quotes from a talk, Clinton gave in June 2015 on laws permitting abortion, "Laws have to be backed up with resources, and political will and deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs, and structural biases have to be changed.” Donohue comments, "Practicing Catholics got the message: If Hillary becomes president, she will let the Catholic Church know that it had better get on board and change its “religious beliefs” about abortion. So much for diversity."

Former U.S. president Barack Obama will participate as a guest of honour in the 500 years commemoration of the Protestant Reformation in Berlin, Germany. According to the French Catholic daily La Croix Obama became a Protestant in 1988 at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago.

He even claimed that Pope Francis has not, will not, and cannot change Revelation and ignores that Francis has done exactly this when writing to Argentinean bishops that communion for adulterers is o.k.
