Makeup Neutralizes Aggression: On Monday Pope Francis met twelve video-bloggers, so called vloggers, from five continents. Two of them were beauty vloggers. Francis singled out one of them who posts weekly makeup tutorials on her YouTube channel Sprinkle of Glitter, to say he appreciated her noble work. Quote: “To preach beauty and show beauty helps neutralize aggression."
A Very Serious Problem: The Lepanto Institute shows that Kristyn Peck, the U.S. Bishops’ Associate Director of Children’s Services and Michael Wynne, a systems analyst for Catholic Relief Services and practicing homosexual are publically celebrating the U.S. Supreme Court homosex pseudo-marriage decision with slogans like “Celebrate Pride” or “LoveWins”. The Lepanto Institute comments: “When you have a proclivity of personnel who believe and profess the exact opposite of the entity for whom they work, it is an indication of a very serious problem.”

In fact, I've noticed what seems to be a magnetic attraction between Italians (even American Italians like me) and Polish ladies. 👌 😎

For the sake of this discussion I will simply say that while it is true that one would not want to have an in depth philosophical or theological discussion with them, it doesn't matter. If I must have these kinds of discussions, I can always have them with my Mexican friends. 👏

@Jungerheld: This is a (failed) strategy from the Sixties. Only, the Sixties are now 50 years ago. I am afraid the Vatican is still living in the Sixties.
Abramo
@Uncle Joe: I ask myself whether her appetite is for Polish food?

Discussing beauty and relating it to a vlogger who produces make-up videos has me thinking perhaps the Church has adapted a mentality similar to everyone needing a participation trophy on a children's sports team. We might want to think through that strategy... 😲

The world is topsy turvey. Regarding praise of "beauty vloggers," have we lost now also all comprehension of true beauty? Regarding the workplace, it's an interesting "expectation," that an employee "cannot" leave their sexual orientation at the door of their employer's premises.

Could the Pope not watch the beauty vlogger every day and be a little less aggressive?
