Korea is the only UNFAIR country for Dispensation Marriage since 1931.
A Catholic spouse is not able to recieve Communion nor Confession without Non-Catholic spouse's 'Promise & Signature'.
Some innocent Catholic wives can not receive sacraments because of non-Catholic husbands, eventually become lapsed. Despite their first marriage since most young Catholics are women.

I thought other countries had same thing for the Marriage Dispensation.
I stumbled upon the shocking fact so I sent several Petitions twice to the Bishops' Conference, 2 Nuncios in Korea, 3 Prefects of the Congregations two years ago.
But nothing happened.
(Korean Catholics send lots of money to Holy See for Peter's Pence , 4th in the world, & Caritas Internationalis every year and the vaccine fund $5 million though)
Catholic Church rulers enjoy their power instead of their marriage and want to dominate laypeople with Sacraments Weapon.
The bishops never admit their mistakes, they are hiding behind 'Particular Church Law First' (The particular takes precedence over the general i.e. National Church) Created by Pope Boniface VIII in 1298. How could they say " Love your enemies" ?
The Nuncios' dereliction of duty, Canon Creator's scapegoatism. Shame on Vatican.
