The Time Is Up is the third studio album of Slovak rock band The Elements. It provides mature, energetic and honest musical experience to all who like variety and instrumental quality in rock&roll music. The album is influenced by The Element’s progressive roots, but at same time it does not hesitate to maintain simplicity when needed. 12. octóbra 2012 kapela The Elements vypustila „do éteru“ svoj dlho očakávaný tretí album The Time Is Up. Nahrávanie albumu opäť prebiehalo pod taktovkou zvukového režiséra Roberta Čunderlíka z RC Sound studio a finálny mastering v známom pražskom štúdiu Biotech-Studio. Aj vďaka niektorým nekonvenčným postupom majú skladby výnimočný zvuk. Napríklad bicie nahrávali pod holým nebom, na samote. „Inšpirovali nás viaceré legendárne kapely, ktoré takto nahrávali. Napríklad Led Zeppelin raz nahrávali na záhrade Micka Jaggera,“ vysvetľuje bubeník a textár Martin Šulek. Nový album už tradične obsahuje slovenské i anglické skladby. Nechýba ani monumentálna, desaťminútová skladba na záver, ktorá završuje celé dielo refrénom Don’t Let a Candle Be Your Sun.
