Gov. Dalrymple Signed the Strongest Pro-Life Legislation In The Country.
Priests for Life has strongly supported the three measures that Governor Jack Dalrymple of North Dakota signed into law today (March 26, 2013). Abortionists should be required have hospital admitting privileges, just as they should be required to observe other measures that they routinely resist, but that fulfill what Roe vs. Wade itself said, namely, that "The State has a legitimate interest in seeing to it that abortion, like any other medical procedure, is performed under circumstances that insure maximum safety for the patient." [410 U.S. 113, 150]
