If not, I really wonder how well-known his alleged Masonry was in his time, or if he even knew that one cannot be a Freemason and Catholic. Quand j'écoute ce Requiem ou son Ave Verum Corpus, je veux croire qu'il a été pardonné

Je souhaite rappeler à ce cher Jean François que loin d'être un catholique fidèle, W A Mozart était un franc maçon qui était loin d'être un amoureux de l'Eglise mais plutôt un libertin. Néanmoins, cela n'enlève rien à son génie et à la beauté de sa musique. Et je garde donc beaucoup de respect pour son œuvre. En quncel messe qui nous est proposée,elle très belle.

Schön, daß es dieses Werk diesmal in keiner Konzertaufführung, sondern in einer Hl. Messe für den Komponisten erklungen ist.
